Members of the Chelsea Men's Shed work on a variety of projects - some have items they would like to make, with assistance from other members and using the Shed's equipment and power tools. They also work on community projects or requests from the public.Boot Accessories

Rocking Horse
This was a great project, with the end result bringing tears of joy to our customer.
A lady brought in a old rocking horse that had seen better days. She bought it for her daughter many years ago.
She wanted it repaired, to give back to her daughter who is expecting a child.( One generation to the next).
Book Case
We were approached by the Straight & Narrow cafe to make a book case. This is used to house a community book collection as well as storage for some store items.
Fantastic to work with a local business and display our work to the community.

Looking after our bird life
At the Mens shed we are very conscious and aware of our native bird life, we have made a number of nesting boxes and bird feeders.
These very popular with our customers, some examples of what we can do are seen below. We can make any shape or size, specific for most native bird types.
